Welcome!
We are honored to partner with you in this holy work.
This central hub was designed with you in mind. It’s a place to serve as a resource + support to your leaders as you implement the Fruit of the Spirit Formation Framework.
Before You Launch
Before sharing the assessment with your group, take a moment to ensure the experience is being introduced with clarity and care.
Set the tone early
How you introduce this will shape how your group engages. Keep the focus on reflection, not performance.
Create clarity, not confusion
Ensure participants understand what the assessment is, how it works, and what to expect next.
Emphasize honesty over impression
Invite participants to respond truthfully rather than aspirationally.
Encourage thoughtful witness selection
Participants should choose individuals who know them well and can offer honest input.
Make space for what follows
This is not the end of the process—it’s the beginning of awareness and formation.
